Government £500 Mediation Voucher
Most families with child arrangement disputes qualify for a £500 voucher towards mediation costs. This is not means-tested and your mediator will check eligibility at your MIAM. The voucher covers joint mediation sessions, not the MIAM itself. You can read more about the scheme on GOV.UK.
We Now Offer Legal Aid
If you are eligible for legal aid, all of your mediation could be completely free. And if the other person is not eligible, they still receive their MIAM and first joint mediation session free of charge.
